1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases of digital products made through meditemplate.
By placing an order with meditemplate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
These Terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing as a consumer or a business.
2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
All orders placed through our website are offers to purchase products from meditemplate.
Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.
The contract between you and meditemplate is formed at the time of order confirmation.
3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
3.1 All products sold are digital templates for social media, video, marketing, and mockups.
3.2 Each product listing includes a description, price, and details of what is included.
3.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions are accurate and up to date.
3.4 Images and previews are for illustrative purposes only and may not exactly match the final product.
4. PRICING AND PAYMENT
4.1 All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).
4.2 Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of order will apply.
4.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using an accepted payment method.
4.4 We accept payment through Shopify Payments and other secure payment gateways.
4.5 You are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or duties associated with your purchase.
5. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Upon successful payment, you will receive:
(a) An order confirmation email
(b) A download link for your purchased template
(c) Access to your template through your meditemplate account
All products are delivered electronically via digital download and online access.
Delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation.
No physical shipping, packaging, or courier services are used or required.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU/UK CONSUMERS)
6.1 If you are a consumer in the European Union, EEA, or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2 The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day of the conclusion of the contract.
6.3 You expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
6.4 By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate digital delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.
7. REFUND POLICY
meditemplate offers refunds in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Refund requests must be submitted to support@meditemplate.store within the applicable period.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
8. LICENSE AND USE RIGHTS
By purchasing a template, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for personal or business purposes.
You may not:
(a) Resell or redistribute the templates
(b) Share templates with non-purchasers
(c) Claim the templates as your own
9. TITLE AND RISK
Title to digital products passes to you upon full payment.
There is no risk of loss during shipment as no physical goods are shipped.
10. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
To use our templates, you need:
(a) A compatible device with internet access
(b) A modern web browser
(c) Appropriate software to edit the templates (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
10.2 We are not responsible for any technical issues arising from your device, internet connection, or software updates.
